Show session configuration, network information and app details. Settings are saved locally in your browser.
Save the current live show state — timers, cues, notes, items and production settings — to a named file on the server, then reload it any time. Running timers are saved paused.
Upload an event or sponsor logo to appear at the bottom of all display screens. This is event branding only — it does not change ShowPrompt's own branding. PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP, max 2 MB.
Server-side log of every cue, timer event, segment advance and recovery action since the last show reset. Useful for post-show reviews and client reports.
Scan any of these with a phone or tablet camera on the same network — the display opens straight away, no typing the IP address.
ShowPrompt is a local browser-based confidence monitor and production cue system for live events, broadcast, presenters and production teams. It gives talent and crew clear timers, cue messages, production states, tally information, notes and show updates on any screen — with no internet, accounts or specialist hardware required.
- Pro & Venue plans available to buy — upgrade straight from the dashboard, then paste your licence key in Settings → Licence to unlock. Monthly or annual (annual saves a month).
- Licence revalidation window — paid tiers now stay fully usable offline for 30 days between online checks, plus a 5-day grace cushion (35 days total) before reverting to Free.
- Grace warning banner — controllers show a clear "connect to re-validate" notice during the final 5-day grace window, so a lapse never takes you by surprise.
- Event logo upload from every controller — add or swap an event / sponsor logo straight from any mode's controller (Conference, Broadcast, Matchday, Worship, Theatre, Music); it appears on that mode's displays instantly.
- Compact controllers — a slimmer in-theme scrollbar, capped scrolling lists that no longer stretch the page, and collapsible secondary timer panels so more of the running order stays in view.
- Row-based list editor — the ⤢ Expand pop-out now edits running orders, cue lists, scenes and sermon points as structured rows with drag-to-reorder and a live item count / total.
- Music & Live is now part of Pro (band, DJ, solo, function, comedy); the festival / multi-stage profile is Venue.
- Offline licence activation — paste a ShowPrompt key in Settings to unlock without an internet connection.
- Conference: count-down-to-clock-time, an independent second timer, and a pre-show "doors open" countdown.
- Talent: operator-pushed font size, mirror flip for prompt glass, and a full-screen urgent override message.
- Broadcast: segment countdown with overrun, programme end-time, "YOU ARE LIVE" auto-cue, graphics notes, named cameras, record runtime.
- Matchday: pre-match & half-time timeline templates, sponsor cue library, yellow/red card tracker.
- Worship: song-section tracking, next-song panel, and a sermon-outline stepper.
- Theatre: grouped cue book — cue points that fire cues across departments (LX 13, Sound 26…), Standby/GO, huge GO on the display, and show-report export.
- Display roles — per-role views on display screens (picker + ?role= URL).
- Configurable server port (
PORTenv var) with a clear message if the port is already in use. - Smarter network address detection — prefers your real LAN address over VPN/virtual adapters; alternates shown above.
